Have all wholesale, correspondence, or pre-purchased pooled files sent to SCI from the beginning. We can track the incoming files at the file or document level. Electronic indexing of the files will be done to your specifications. SCI has a well trained staff that can review the files for you based upon your requirements. Exceptions are reported back to you – using your company exception codes. Receive a detailed exception report back before the settlement date instead of purchasing a pool of loans sight unseen.

Using our website, you can access up-to-date reports for loans that still have outstanding exceptions. Clear and waive exceptions at your discretion. Access document level indexed images of your files 24/7 via our website. As needed, we can retrieve missing documents that are delinquent.
